"My flight arrived late so I checked in at 9:00 pm. Stayed there for walking distance from airport and pool for my kid. Pool closes at 9:30 pm so he was only able to use it for 30 minutes. We went to their restaurant after and waiter disappeared after our food arrived, after a while sitting there I asked another waiter for my check and an additional drink , it passed 10 minutes and no sign of the drink so I had to cancel drink and left. "I stay at this hotel most of the time when I am in Managua, every month or so. The staff are always very nice and they allow me early check-in when I arrive early from my home in north Nicaragua. This is a budget-friendly hotel. I had a problem this time, during a major rain storm my room got a lot of water. The staff quickly responded and moved me to another room. Things happen but they responded right away, making it seemless. I will continue to stay there!"

"We got the delux room with the ocean view and private pool. It was to celebrate my 40th birthday and the perfect choice. The accommodations felt like a true paradise. The grounds were well kept. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food and beverages were outstanding. The room service the following day was true luxury with hot tea waiting for us after a day exploring the beaches. I recommend spending in spending extra on the transportation from Big Corn Island Airport. I love...

"The hotel was clean and very well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful especially at breakfast. The breakfast had a very good variety. The only drawback for us as a family with small children was we were unable to use the pool in the evening. The ambience with all the music and drinking was not very family friendly. Would consider again if only for my wife and I but not the whole family."
