"Everything was wonderful. This is a dated hotel with a charm expect old furniture. They do a good job with cleanliness and everything is in working condition. My only recommendation to the hotel clean the windows, patio doors and vents under the bathroom sink."

"The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The service at the bar was not great. Location is wonderful. The pool was not very appealing and it was damaged on one side (tiles were broken off). The service at the pool was not good. The internet was extremely week in the rooms."

"The negative surprise was to learn at check-out that we owed 25$ a day for the use of amenities (which by the way we did not use). When asking explanation about this surcharge, they said that it was mentioned when booking through Expedia. I checked again in Expedia, but I could not find this exclusion - it maybe buried somewhere in some note, but when I book with Expedia I expect transparency and no tricky conditions"

"Excellent helpful staff, good pizza at the bar, large comfortable room, great location."

"Where to start? If you book through a third party (Expedia) expect second status treatment. No upgrades or special treatment in spite of mentioning that this was a very special occasion for us. The staff seemed apathetic at checkin and stated that we would have needed to make reservations directly with Hilton for ANY special treatment. The staff were extremely unhelpful. When asked if there were any special local events as we were staying during Indigenous day. Both staff members asked stated...

"The staff were all really amazing! Friendly and accommodating!"

"Uuuuuiiiii. Just the best staff ever!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Albuquerque! The location was perfect and so close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. We had such a great experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"The resort grounds are beautifully landscaped. Our room was clean and large. We enjoyed the heated in-door salt water pool after dinner one night. The restaurant was a bit pricey, but it's food was tasty."
