"The rooms are small but cozy. I understand this is marketed in as a niche hotel and the decor is really cool. Unfortunately this is an old motel. The walls are paper thing. I could hear the cell phone buzzing in the room adjacent to ours and even the occasional sneeze. When the guests above us got in at 11pm it seemed like the were in our room. The faucet in the tob would not stop running. Probably the worst part was the breakfast. There were scrambled eggs and sausages but they were...

"The location was excellent, you can walk all over downtown and the plaza easily, the staff was superb, especially Sky, Mo, other the Bell hops, Valet, and check in- all employees were well trained and courteous. The rooms are beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Our only complaint here is that the rooms were warm and it was difficult to cool at night. The pool is fantastic and the bar and restaurants were as well. Our only complaint there was that the restaurants were closed two of the...

"The property is homey and the staff is welcoming and excellent with record and directions. The bed is comfortable. The decor is pleasing. The ceiling in my room was acoustic tile, that needed renovations. Can’t wait to go back"

"This hotel is very nice and the atmosphere is Santa Fe."

"The staff were amazing and very helpful with any questions (or if you accidentally lock your keys in the room). The hotel is older so while it was clean overall, I had some bugs in my room and they no longer have breakfast (which they did advertise when I made the reservations). The location was great as you are close to so many things. They also have free tea and coffee, which was nice."

"Very cute hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice. Just to be aware it’s either on air-conditioning or heating. So you cannot adjust your thermostat if it’s already turned on heat. But they do have two window windows. It will open and do a good draft of there through the room and they also have box fans. We just went last week and it was very pleasant at night."

"Very quiet and the room was amazing."

"Room was dated but adequate for a historic building. The rooms are all different so others may be better . The excellent staff and delicious breakfast more than made up for it. Great location within walking distance if many attractions. Highly recommend this place."

"We checked in with two young kids around 10:30pm after our flight got in. Upon checking into our room we realized it was dirty. There was a used robe on the bed and neither bed was made. No clean towels in the bathroom and a visibly dirty shower mat. We went to the front desk to be switched into a clean room so we could move on with our night and get our young kids cleaned up and put to bed. The options we were given was to either wait 30+ minutes while they cleaned the room or switch to a room...

"The rooms with 2 beds were very small. Tub/shower and toilet in the bathroom, with sink being in the room right next to bed. Any slightly overweight person would have trouble navigating around the sink to get into the bathroom. Also, no grab bar in shower for support. The restaurant is only open Thursday thru Sunday."

"Had a great stay. Comfortable, breakfast"
