"The room was big and well appointed. There were many restaurants to choose from and the pool and gym were excellent. Prices were high for food and some of the staff were a bit grumpy and rude, but the hotel was terrific and we would definitely return."

We had a hotel room, and spent the majority of our time on the slots. We are from out of state and this policy is alienating people who are not from the area. "Left all decaf coffee pods and the coffee machine was not working properly. When I called and asked to send someone to fix it, noone came. They have a water filter in the gym which only gives cold water. And they charge 1$ for providing drinking hot water. Which I am ok with paying but it's the principle of just finding anything to squeeze money out of you.. The staff are also not really interested in helping you."
