"This property is off the strip and is a great option if you want to have space and comfort. Very family friendly and the South Pointe station is next door within walking distance. Check-in was very easy and when I initially went to my first room on the 8th floor, it wasn't as cleaned as I expected. Without hesitation, the staff helped me switch rooms and had security meet with me with new keys and to help with moving my things (thanks Julius!). The second room on the 2nd floor was much cleaner...

"The hotel was okay overall, quite a few things could be worked on. we stayed in tower two and the rooms could use an update, they were not cleaned as well as I would like them to be. The sinks in the bathroom along with the tub would not drain properly. The dryer in the room would not work so we had to call for them to come up, they fixed it and then it stopped working again so I had a load of laundry to take home wet. We stayed for 4 nights, 5 days and when we called to get our room cleaned...
