"About 10 minutes walk from main train station. Friendly helpful staff. Swimming pool and gym area in basement. Convenient with walking distance to many restaurants and interesting locations. Spacious room. Bed okay, hot water pressure okay. Toilet door not lockable in room. Big desk, perfect for work with laptop. Slow elevator. A bit Pricey as many other hotels in Amsterdam. I guess you pay for the location. "

"We loved how the Pulitzer is a whole block of classic Amsterdam row houses. We also appreciated the quiet neighborhood after spending our days walking though the crowds of people thoughout Amsterdam. Highly recommend taking a canal boat ride on The Tourist. "

"Location is great. Rooms are worn-out, dark and very dusty. However, the bathroom is spacious and clean. Service at breakfast is not professional. They were lots of customers during our stay each morning and the staffs at Bridges restaurant told us that they couldn't handle with the large number of people since there wasn't enough of them. Service was very slow and unorganised. Overall, I think the hotel services and standard doesn't match with the price tag."

"Staff was very friendly beginning to end. We got great local recommendations. Room was clean, bed comfortable and loved the dark vibe. In a quieter area but walking distance to everything. Definitely recommend! "

"We spent five days at the hotel, and it was a delightful experience overall. I really appreciated the design and layout of the space. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The only downside was some morning noise due to ongoing renovations. Other than that, I have no complaints."

"A brilliant little hotel. Beautiful room, very attentive staff, excellent cocktails in the bar. Would absolutely stay again next time I am in Amsterdam. We rented bikes and got the airport transportation organized by them too. "
