The accommodation provided was having just rooms with a/c facility, no hot water, running taps with a kitchen and dining hall. No swimming pool. Had booked because this was near to the forest and not with in city area. The person accommodated in alternative property never spoke about the difference of amount refundable for all the shortfalls. "I Had a great stay at this Hotel..The moment I walked in and checked out they treated my like family. Anything or any questions I had they took care of me .
