"A great hotel on the outskirts of Thamel. Good breakfast and great staff. Restaurant food was descent and rooftop pool was nice but some of the pool decking could use some replacement. Towels available at the pool. The spa/massage options were well priced and good service. The laundry service I used for a few items was reasonably priced and items came back clean. The bedroom was large and bed decently comfortable. I would stay here again."

The bathroom was a bit small and the room seemed a little dated, but it’s an older palace and the history is so cool. We would return again! The area around the hotel is okay, it’s just very hard to cross a street as the traffic is insane-but that’s all of Kathmandu. "
