The staff knew exactly how to take care of busy travelers with rush needs and excelled in their gestures (coffee and breakfast ready at 5 AM, calling and fixing transportation issues (Uber), extremely fast checkin with huge upgrade (executive suite), and generally very polite/smiley/happy faces).
