"Staff were very helpful and attentive."

"Ascenseur défectueux, chambre au 3e étage, insectes dans la chambre, odeur d’urine de chats ou de chiens dans les couloirs,, café infecté et déjeuner vraiment médiocre"

"The property had easy access and presented well. Overall a positive stay. Ate breakfast out."

"Unfortunately, an unwanted person had climbed the fence to use the swimming facility. She was on her phone acting like she had lost her mind screaming foul language for over an hour. Come to find out she then changed her clothes right there on the pool deck all of this, of course, was seen from above window and then she hopped the fence and walked away, cursing at her phone. I asked to see the pool and I was told that it wasn't operatable, you know, where the hot tub, when I made the reservations through Expedia, everything was fine. I see my grandchildren once every 3 months, and this was a trip that I had planned and needless to say, I had very disappointed grandsons because of false advertisement. The pool had been broken for several months. As well as the hot tub as far...
