"We got a free upgrade from a Deluxe room to a Suite, thanks to the friendly staff. Overall had a pleasant stay but amenities wise could be better for a 5-star hotel. Small TV, buzzing humming noise from ceiling."

"Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty. "Limited parking space but once you're in, you need not to worry about your car as it is safe within the inn area. It is a very convenient hotel. There's a restaurant located next to it & we only need to walk few steps forward to reach Bintang Mall. For a long stay, you may need to remind any of the hotel staffs when the housekeeping service worker forgot to put the drinking water bottles on the dressing table.
