Price and room facility are reasonable while the staff is reall helpful when they helped managing for local contact during my accident (ankle twist). Really appreciated their service mind and help (providing me the balm for my ankle). There is a minimart on the 1st floor so it is conveniece for you to buy something you may need. Really love staff/people there!"

"Leading up to our arrival, Livingstone Lodge sent a message about securing transportation since there is no Uber/Lyft service in Victoria Falls, just taxis. The standard rate to and from the airport was $30 USD and it was worth it. By the time we landed, our taxi driver who goes by "Knowledge," was already waiting for us in the arrival area. The entire hotel staff is very friendly, and getting breakfast included as part of our booking worked out great. Our housekeeper, Gamuchirai, was super kind...
