"Hotel is situated in the downtown of Victoria Falls. Price and room facility are reasonable while the staff is reall helpful when they helped managing for local contact during my accident (ankle twist). Really appreciated their service mind and help (providing me the balm for my ankle). There is a minimart on the 1st floor so it is conveniece for you to buy something you may need. Really love staff/people there!"

Everybody from the front desk to the dining staff to the cleaning staff everybody was wonderful…..extra thanks to Charmaine and Smally for organizing various excursions and for Wayne and her mother with the Spa and Erik for airport pick up and drop offs to the conference hotel. "Peaceful and quiet with staff so helpful with activity bookings. The rooms were very comfortable and decorated with local African artwork. Breakfast was superb, as were lunches and staff so friendly. Felt like a guest in someone’s home with only 14 rooms. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Victoria Falls!"
