"Hotel itself is beautiful & feels like a 5* should. Pool area is not owned by the hotel. Hotel guests ushered to corner areas. Pool beds are luxurious & deep but not clean, stains over them & after some rain were saturated. Spa is also not owned by the hotel & needs some attention, crumbling shower walls etc"

"I stayed in a corner room on the 5th floor with a west-facing sea view. Unfortunately, as soon as I entered the room, I found it to be very hot and stuffy. I left the air conditioning running for over an hour, but the room still did not cool down enough. Throughout my 5-day stay, whenever I stayed in the room during the afternoon, it was simply not cool or comfortable enough.
