"Disappointing stay – friendly staff, but not suitable for a relaxing holiday
The rooms are clean and perfectly fine, and the staff were consistently very friendly, helpful and professional. Unfortunately, these were the main positives for us.
The hotel is located inside a shopping mall, which was quite surprising. We paid almost €200 per night for a room with a sea view, but the balcony was practically unusable due to the extreme noise: party music, loud people, traffic and construction....

"The property is in a great location near shops and the waterfront where you can get a ferry. Our room had two terraces and a hot tub with excellent views across the city.
The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have the perfect stay. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel."

"Alles in allem gut, Mehrere Kleinigkeiten störten, kein Föhn,der wurde nach einiger Zeit gebracht, allerdings im Bad keine Steckdose, sehr umständlich , die Flasche Wein (kostenlos) fehlte auch und kam erst am dritten Tag, nachdem ich mehrmals angefragt hatte. Baulärm hielt sich in ertragbaren Grenzen, störte aber schon. TV funktionierte auch nicht immer. Auch der Check in dauerte lange, das Zimmer war erst um 16:00 Uhr bezugsfertig. Vielleicht hatten wir ein bißchen Pech, denn das Hotel würde...

"The hotel has added several items from my last visit and are still working on to make the experience better for its customers. We really enjoy the pool area where there is always room for its guests, and poolside service - no need to get up from your sunlounger!
In addition they have both a lovely rooftop terrace and a separate roof top restaurant, both decorated and refurbished elegantly. Breakfast is delicious and have a barista and freshly made omelet station.

"Hotel is centrally located. Hotel staff very welcoming. Lovely clean rooms. Pool on the roof has stunning views and pool in basement was very calming. Excellent breakfast choices with very attentive staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
