"Our stay at the hotel was alright. It was three of us in the room but unfortunately everytime we recieved towels we would only be restocked with two and only provided the body towel rather than a hand towel as well. The shower in the bathroom also looked and sounded like it was about to fall off (picture attached). The pool was nice and the area is quiet but not too much to do around. "My worst experience in Colombia!!! The staff at this Hotel was very rude. Very strange for Colombia. I have lived in Colombia for three years and have never been treated so poorly.
