"The hotel is beautifully designed and has a modern atmosphere, but unfortunately the experience did not justify its premium price. The main issue was that the air conditioning in my room did not work. Although I was eventually moved to another room, the situation was handled poorly. Instead of taking responsibility and focusing on a solution, the manager was rude and confrontational, which made an already frustrating situation much worse. "What a lovely and excellent spot. You have to be careful pulling into their parking as the entrance is both steep and tight. But its very accommodating. You have a restaurant right within the property if so desired. 24hr parking for 20 euro is fantastic. Easy access into the old city by foot. The room i had recieved is quite modern and very comfortable. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10"
