Beautiful hotel on the walking street in Kaunas. We had an executive suite with plenty of room for 3. Hotel under construction during our stay but staff did great job making up for inconveniences.

Members of staff were fantastic especially Inga who was the manager and took a genuine interest in us as guests and tourists to Kaunas. She provided help in where to go in Kaunas which places were close and was just the kind of information we needed for our stay. I cannot praise her enough and wished that all hotels had an Inga.

Definitely recommend for a short break

We had executive suite with balcony. Sons had deluxe suite. Both very good standard. Whole hotel was exceptionally warm and we couldn't get the rooms any cooler. Well stocked minibar in both rooms. Lovely breakfast. Friendly service. Perfectly located on a wide pedestrianised avenue.

Best hotel

One of the best hotels I have stayed in in the Baltics. Lovely room. Breakfast wasn’t the usual bland cold buffet but some nice local Delicacies. The hot food looked ok too. It’s in a brilliant location on a long boulevard like the Ramblas or Champs Elysees of they weren’t crap. Also, smart TVs in the rooms, a European hotel that’s moved into the 21st century.

Ordinary room

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. Ordinary room with the breakfast included and the view into car park. No tea/coffee facility in the room, but on request you can get a kettle. Room cleaned only on your request. Big TV on the wall and air conditioner with remote control in the room. Hotel location is perfect- in the middle of Laisves aleja with so many restaurants, bars, shops around and 10 minutes away big shopping mall Akropolis where you can find cinema with the latest movies in English and lots of restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Not a 4-star, no style.

Beware, this is not a gracious old hotel, as is depicted on the websites. Maybe it used to be, but not anymore. The outside entry level is a narrow door in a line of stores. Inside, it’s like an average Marriott maybe, no real style. The bathroom amenities are stingy — watery body wash in a pump that doesn’t dispense enough of it, that kind of thing. No premium TV channels — buttons for Netflix and Amazon, but they don’t load, and a channel guide with “Keine information” (I think that’s German). Anyway, I wouldn’t call this a 4-star hotel, but it’s… OK.

It was OK, bedrooms were very clean and comfy, however the pictures show modern rooms and we were in a room which hadn't been modernised. We felt the service from the front desk and breakfast staff was poor, no greetings, no hello good morning, generally bad communication. Breakfast was pretty poor. Cake was still frozen in the middle, fruit was going bad for example. Generally a nice hotel but not up to the 4 star standard. We did get a great service from the site manager who deals with parking though, he deserves an acknowledgement

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The girls at the reception spoke excellent English. You can use the steam room and small pool ,just ask reception about 40mins beforehand to heat the room .
