"The check in was complicated. No one was there right away, there were tons of emails in Expedia. With limited internet capabilities it was a complicated process. The fee being paid at check in with no one there right away was complicated as it kept rejecting my credit card (which was working). Someone showed up eventually and was helpful, but we didnt know if our room was ready or what to do in the mean time. One of the people in our party had no AC and it was over 90 degrees. "Check in was terrible. Took multiple international calls and texts to check in and get the door open. Door lock is operated by a phone system that would not accept a call from a US number. Owner said I would have to whatsapp them every time I needed to enter the room. I had already found them to be difficult to get on the phone from my previous check in calls. I tried to cancel the reservation but owner refused to refund me. So I left and got a proper hotel room."

"Great location near pedestrian zone with everything close by including awesome public transportation. Modern, clean, functional. Two very minor items that could make this apartment even better: soap dispensers were full but dispense very little, the barstools have very narrow footrests and are uncomfortable without shoes.
