"Staff were helpful on check in, recommended some places to eat. However not a great deal in the area, Vaduz is a short drive away though. If wanting to stay local there is a good Irish bar who had very good and friendly staff. The location of the hotel itself is on an industrial estate, however parking is easy. Would have liked a kettle in the room to make hot drinks for the morning. Also cleaning didn’t change the towel and only one was provided, it doesn’t dry to quickly in the bathroom."

"This place is amazing! Clean, cosy, especially the sauna. The food was great, but also lots of other options around. The only downside is you can see into the shower from the bed. I was staying with a friend which was slightly awkward! But otherwise it was great."

"ห้องพักราคาค่อนข้างแพงถ้าเทียบกับการบริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในโรงแรม"

"The check-in process was very frustrating and staff not helpful at all. Far walk into town and no one to ask questions of. Beautiful garden and close hiking trails."

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt, alles war wie beschrieben, nettes Personal, schöner Wellnessbereich, tolles Frühstück und gute Küche."

"Great place - self check was relatively easy."

"Clean room and mountain vie from balcony."

"I stayed in a two-bed twin private room. Pretty nice attached bathroom, comfortable beds. A little warm at night but it was ~22 degrees out during the day so understandable. Solid breakfast bar, nice common areas, and a good location. A bit pricey, but in line with costs in the rest of the Alps. Staff were very nice and accommodating, and helped me figure out bus routes for the two full days of my stay and set me up with the free tourist office bus pass."

"The property was well located in the center of town and next to many places to walk to for museums, transportation and local activities. Very nice breakfast as well. I think they received some negative comments in the past about the room quality but we found that they have seemed to upgraded everything. Two issues to note. Ask if they are doing repairs on the hotel (we had construction on the rooms next too us that started early in the morning. The workers were quiet but we had them right...

"エレベーターが見当たらず、重い荷物を4階まであげるのはとても大変でした、、セルフチェックインは簡単ですが、手こずっている人を何度か見かけました。"

"The customer service was excellent. The restaurant, Tenn is a must try. We were throughly impressed by the quality of the food and customer service."

"Great staff - reception staff very helpful with guidance as to getting around Liechtenstein but also our waitress at the affiliated restaurant for dinner was a great help with our small group (and had a good sense of humour!). Downside: no elevator in the legacy part of the hotel to reach the 2nd and 3rd floors. Makes luggage an issue and not helpful for those with mobility issues. One needs to reserve the newer section of the hotel if this is an issue. Great, comfortable bed - best night's...

"Everything is just wonderful"

"Es ist ein hotel Resort mit excellence, modern but rustikale Touch, Gourmet Küche, leckere Menüs, super modern Swimmingpool mit Sauna, hot tea, lemons-Salz Peeling, Zimmer sehr bequem, würde gerne bald wiederkommen. Living room mit Feuer place Xmas amazing!!! "

"Great space for a large group. Very well furnished. Great decks with nice view"

"Very noisy hotel with a restaurant and kitchen just below the room. No elevator. Then when you open the room window it is the street noise. There is no traditional reception, one needs to walk through the restaurant for check in and check out which I found very odd when having a couple of heavy luggage dragged through the middle of it when customers are served food. We had dinner there as it was late but the food we ordered were pricey and pretty ordinary. Only positive aspect is the staff spoke...
