  • At first we didn't know if this couloir would be skiable, but after walking on the rocks to make sure it was a clear path we knew we had to ski it! With a magnificent view of the town below it was the perfect way to end the day as we skied into the shadowed valley below near sunset. Malbun is the only ski area in the small country of Liechtenstein.

Very friendly staff, especially the receptionist! Good dinner options. Great breakfast with a large variety. The hotel has a nice wellness area with sauna and steam bath. The receptionist Our kids liked the sports hall.

The staff was friendly and welcoming! Room was clean and as described. Sadly the kids club and outdoor rock climbing was not running, but there was plenty of activities like ping pong tables, a full gymnasium and outdoor slide and swings to be enjoyed. The breakfast was better than expected and recommended to other travellers staying here.

A Room with a View

Our trip to Liechtenstein was highlighted by the excellent JUFA Hotel Malbun. It is located at a ski resort area and the views and vistas were simply beautiful. We arrived late for check-in but the staff was already prepared for us and had us in our room within a couple of minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable and our room looked out over the gorgeous mountains. Excellent breakfast the next morning with a newsletter telling of the days activities that were available to you. We will definitely book here again on our next trip.... hopefully take in some skiing next time!

Beim Frühstück gab es Malbuner Spezialitäten (Wurst und Käse), was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Frühstücksangebot an sich war ok, könnte aber abwechslungsreicher sein. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service vor allem von einer Dame, ganz nach dem Motto "nichts ist unmöglich". Die Betten waren etwas hart. Schöner Spielbereich für Kinder.

Schöner Wellnessbereich und tolle Angebote für Kinder. Lage: i. O. Ich bin jedoch lieber "oben" in Malbun, 5 - 10 Minuten Fußweg bergauf; um dorthin zu kommen gibt hinter dem Hotel einen Weg, der schöner zu laufen ist als an der Straße entlang Essen: geringe Auswahl, aber die Falafel waren sehr lecker Bett: war für uns alle (5 Erwachsene) etwas zu hart

Wir waren als Familie zu viert für vier Tage dort einquartiert. Besonders erwähnenswert ist das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Die Lage am Lift ist ebenfalls sehr vorteilhaft. Skiverleih ca 500 m im Örtchen Malbun ist gut sortiert.

Super schönes und neues Hotel, freundliches Personal. Gratis Wasser beim Abendessen und um Food waste zu vermeiden konnte man offiziell sein Brot und zu viel genommen Schinken vom Morgenessen einpacken für das Picknick am Nachmittag. Hotel ist zu empfehlen
