"My wife and I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. It shows signs that it has been recently renovated. The room was very spacious and clean, and clearly recently renovated. Bathroom was very clean and in good shape. The property doesn't look very good from the outside, the drive way is not well kept, but the reception is in good shape. They have a person there 24/7, which is unusual for this type of hotel. Location is not the best for Montreal, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel,...

"It was close to some restaurants and a Tim Hortons about 10 min walk. The room wasn’t cleaned very well when we arrived. Also the breakfast was ok just not stocked well"

"I had the same lady at front desk. Rude. Not friendly at all. Ignored me to the point I just put my key cards on the desk, I said “thank you for being so pleasant “ and left. I did approach two other ladies who were wonderful!!! I mentioned to them about the water leaking from the ceiling into the jetted tub in our room. "Would highly recommend. The staff member at reception was wonderful and very accommodating. We were early to check in and had a room ready for us right away. The staff checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay extra towels. The new was beautiful"
