"The manager was very helpful when I needed to make a change due to a hurricane that was coming to the area. The property was quiet, even being close to two major universities on a Saturday night. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were polite and helpful. Will stay here again."

"We checked in late and the lady at the front desk was super friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable"

"Everything was satisfactory."

"Cheap hotel. Decent location. You get what you paid for but I overpaid knowing it was a parents day weekend."

"My stay was wonderful! The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, always happy to answer any questions I had. I also loved that the rooms were not only clean and modern but thoughtfully equipped with a white noise machine, which made all the difference in getting a great night's sleep. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back!"

"The hotel is nice, clean, and the staff is helpful. However, the hotel entrance is shared with a coffee shop. It takes about 20-25 minutes just to get to the spot where you can actually get into the hotel parking lot. Very inconvenient."

"Most things you touched were sticky. The room is prettydark and needs better light. Windows are dirty bed cover head spots. One of the pillows had a strange smell."

"Everything was great"

"Loved this property for FSU family weekend. Very clean, everyone was friendly, helpful, great communication."

"The property inside/outside was very clean and maintained. Staff were very helpful and polite."

"Friendly service"

"I was asked for $100 CASH deposit, the room was dirty, and everything smelled like weed. Unacceptable"
