"First off I want to say that first impressions are everything to me! We checked in after midnight and had our 2 pups with us. There were no luggage carts and we had quite a bit of stuff to carry to our rooms; the front desk staff (I apologize for not being better with names but I want to say her name was "B.A." or something?) helped us carry our belongings upstairs so that we did not have to make multiple trips. "This is always our place to stay when visiting family in Tallahassee. The staff is always so incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel is immaculate."

"The staff was nice and helpful, although they didn't action on the request I had made through Expedia chat for extra towels and pilllow. Water in shower was cold, couldn't get it hot at all. The guest upstairs was stomping at 4:30 am and continued on and off through the morning disturbing our sleep. I likely won't return to this Marriott property."

"Clean and well maintained. Very competent and friendly staff. Pretty quiet despite proximity to major roads."

The grout was dirty, the floors were nasty, and I felt so uncomfortable walking around that I had to wear two pairs of socks just to keep my feet from touching the floor. Reserved a king room and was instead given two full-size beds that were poorly made. The front desk employee working around 7:00 p.m. was completely unhelpful and displayed absolutely...
