"This hotel was everything and even more that we could have asked for. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the newer building of the hotel which, which was a lovely surprise when we got there. The check in process was so smooth, and every one was so polite and helpful. The staff provided recommendations in the city of things to do, and places to go in the surrounding area. "ห้องพักราคาค่อนข้างแพงถ้าเทียบกับการบริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในโรงแรม"

"Nice place but it hasn't aged well. Restaurant was average and expensive. Best feature is proximity to the Therma."

"Everything was good and I enjoyed my stay"

"I understand the hotel was remodeled in 2025 and it shows. The rooms are very updated and clean. The room we had - 430 - had been remodeled to show the exposed old wooden beams of the building. Quite beautiful. The bed was wonderful as were the comforters. We love staying in the old part of town and being able to explore it right there. We would definitely stay there again."
