The experience got even better when we saw our villa, absolutely gorgeous and totally unexpected! "This hotel is not a “new, polished” establishment. The buildings are traditional, rustic wood and the gardens are simple. But, the rooms are lovely, the AC works incredibly well, the pool is huge and very instagramable and the restaurants are a good quality and reasonably priced. And the beach is absolutely perfect! If you can do so, splurge for the Seaview Room King (and ask for a ground floor room in building no.7 which is not far from the restaurants and the big pool, plus you get a nice private terrace looking directly at the beach, with steps straight down for a quick dip). I can’t wait to go back!"

The level of politeness, genuine warmth, and attentiveness from every single member of staff made the entire stay feel incredibly personal and special. The rooms are absolutely stunning, beautifully designed, peaceful, and luxurious. It truly felt like a proper escape from reality, exactly what I was looking for. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, making it easy to completely relax and switch off. The monkeys roaming the resort genuinely add to the experience and make it feel even more unique and connected to nature. A special shout-out to the buggy drivers, who were all incredibly quick, helpful, and friendly, always arriving with a smile. Another huge thank you to Lee at the Beach Grill Restaurant, who was so kind and welcoming, and to the entire team at Horizon, where we spent a lot of our time and were consistently looked after so well. The front of house team also deserve a big mention they were lovely, organised everything I needed seamlessly, and even followed up to make sure all my questions were answered. That extra care really stood out. Overall, I honestly could not recommend this resort highly enough. Exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and an experience that feels truly special. "The resort is beautiful. Large spacious clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The bathtub was huge and an amazing design. Delicious breakfast. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The kids club could do with a refurbishment, but they did different activities with them every day which they enjoyed."
