"I booked this property at the very last minute as our previously booked hotel did not work out. We were so happy to see the property when we arrived. The reception lobby is beautiful, each clerk was kind and helpful, we love the valet staff, and the rooms are easily accessible. A favorite is the beautiful infinity pool, which we were in every day of our visit. Walk a few steps and you are on the beautiful sandy beach. They have a nice game room for kids and young adult adults with pool tables...

"Best hotel I have probably stayed at especially in Hawaii, arguably more beautiful grounds and pools than the Grand Hyatt in Kauai. On site restaurant was delicious as well as the marketplace on site which also had lots of essentials available for purchase. Multiple pools, one of which is adults only, one is family, and the rest are multi use with waterfalls. Beach access and views from resort, minutes from downtown Koloa and poipu beach. "Stayed three nights for a business trip, so I didn't need much in the way of amenities. Room (14) was clean and quiet, AC was cold, had a small kitchenette in my room, so everything was just about perfect. Was visited several times by an orange tabby named Mochi, who assured me that he was the Director of Guest Services. "We stay here every year and the memories made are priceless! The only thing I would request is the management needs to get new pillows for the entire resort. It doesn't matter if you stay in building 1 or 2, the pillows are horrible. But literally everything else is 10 stars!"

"Our second time at this location! We love this property for its convenience. It’s right in the middle between South and North side of the island. The girls at the front desk especially Lani are awesome. It is so nice to walk across the street to Safeway, ABC Store, and getting Shave Ice. We booked an Outrigger room so our experience could be different from other owner rooms. "
