There are people like me who come to Africa because of the culture and learning, not because we are rich. "Dirty rooms (white room slippers turned brown). Worst customer service ever received from reception staff- slow, you had to beg for basic attention/ requests/ services. Bags gone through. Breakfasts abismal- swinging from first day with nothing ready but eggs, to laid out but with rotten fruit. Not to be repeated. "

"This property is in a perfect location. Everything you need is in walking distance. There were so many resturants nearby. We went for ice cream many times at an ice cream shop down the street. The grocery store at the MTN center; which is less than a 5 minute walk, was also convenient. The staff was friendly. The whole neighborhood was great."

The appartment was well furnished but unfortunately isn't possible to cook even there's a kitchen (no hob or oven only microwave). The team needs to be a bit more welcome and friendly. "Bonjour, réservation dans l'urgence de cet appartement où je ne remettrai plus les pieds. Premier point : il a fallu se "bagarrer" avec un pseudo propriétaire pour avoir la clé du portail pour rentrer mon véhicule. Second point : Pluie importante le lendemain de mon arrivée et pendant trois fois lors du séjour, je constate une fuite avec l'eau de pluie qui arrive dans la chambre. Je le signale, et le propriétaire promet de faire intervenir un couvreur sur le champ. Le couvreur n'est jamais...
