We took a gamble staying here with it being a new hotel and there being no reviews but it absolutely paid off!! We had a wonderful stay here! Fantastic hotel. The rooms were modern and clean and spacious. Breakfast was slightly limited but still really good.

Loved the location of being nearer the old side of Kyoto. Spacious lobby was lovely along with rooftop bar. Balance between sympathetic design and modern luxury. We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. A really lovely hotel with a calm atmosphere. Rooms were quiet, amenities were great and the staff were very helpful and kind.

Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

Fabulous property and great oasis as the first hotel we stayed at and I wish we had stayed longer as Osaka has so much to offer and hotel so good. A little thing on amenities , the shower cloth was amazing. Free coffee and sesame snacks and candy in reception was a nice touch. Great location to get around.

Location there are so many lines through Namba and other near stations. Kumoron market and great shopping are on your doorstep. The hotel has a great laundry and kitchen area with microwaves there and in room. Water bottles are not provided but you can fill water & ice. Staff were really helpful as due to health problems our plans changed daily. They facilitated and helped all the way. I only ate in the cafe once and they were gluten free conscious and the salmon was fab. Good service safe...

Lovely hotel

Absolutely loved the hotel, especially the amenities. Spa was amazing with multiple saunas, steam room, ice room, cold plunge and infinity pool. And room had great view of the ocean.

Extremely well situated.

The hotel is fairly new. It is centrally located within the district we stayed in about 4 km from Kyoto Station. The hotel staff were very helpful when we had to change our travel plans due to the cyclone that hit Tokyo and managed to find us alternative rooms in the hotel. Excellent service.

Great hotel with a comfortable room and decent size for an Osaka hotel. They have a good buffet breakfast on offer, and it was a lovely touch to have a welcome drink as part of our stay. The hotel has good transport links so it was really quick and easy to get around to all of the popular locations in the city. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time I'm in Osaka.

We were extremely well received at the Executive reception. The view of the Skytree from our room was wonderful. The view from the Exec Lounge was even beter and the service was first class. The room was lovely with all amenities. Breakfast was good and as we were leaving early on the Wednesday they left us a lovely selection of buns and croissants for the trip to the airport. This is an excellent hotel.
