"Couch had some kind of infestation of bugs, my daughter covered in bites"

"Very nice and relaxing stay"

"Front desk super good. Let me borrow phone charger. Explain best way to get around the casino. Van driver was wonderful."

"Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea were provided in the mornings from 8-10, it would have been nice to have it longer or throughout the day. I was usually up well before 8 and it would have been nice to sit outside with my coffee. The best feature is the outside decks with a porch swing, glider and chairs for just watching and listening to the creek. We hope to stay there again."

"Our stay at Shady Falls was excellent in all ways. Highly recommend."

"There was dried blood on the comforter, we stayed one night and the morning we woke up there was no hot water and the staff had no idea when it would be working again. The iron and ironing board were both missing from the room."
