"First of all, I think the property listing on Expedia should be removed. It was an hour + cab ride from the airport (100 uds), even the cab driver said he had never been to that part of osaka. Then, 3 flights of stairs with luggage, no elevator, impossible to figure out the key to get in, chef from the restaurant next door had to contact them and get it figured out, in japanese, of course. "extremely small room and bed good for stay as a couple or alone no for sharing with friend. Impressive with buffet easy quick breakfast of self-service. Location is so handy close to all kind of transportation for visiting Kyoto."

While the contactless check-in and check-out process was...

"Perfect for the 1 night we stayed after a whole day of travelling. Very close to Osaka Kansai airport & easy access to property from there. Room was lovely & clean. Bed was super comfy & great shower! Stairs were steep to get suitcase up but managed. Close to a lovely beach - Marble beach - for a morning walk."
