Service desk assist us on booking an early taxi to get to the hotel and it was a breeze. Only complain is checkout, not sure if the crew is new or service is not working. It took a while for them to figure out the system. Overall great service. "

"I love the attention to detail..the in room bathroom products 'Zenology' were amazing. Loved the kettle! Very comfortable bed and the air-conditioning was so very welcome. The staff at reception were so welcoming and very helpful. All the hospitality staff - bar, cafe and restaurant were all so friendly. The breakfast was so good and catered for gluten free dining. Incredible views from the rooftop...the pool was incredible... I absolutely recommend 'The Social Hub' as an amazing place to stay while enjoying Florence and neighbouring locations.
