"The quanlity of the service was overall excellent. My constructive feedback is towards the concierge department. They mentioned they connected with another TAJ hotel restaurant on my request to make dinner reservations. This restaurant did not accept reservations but i was told they registered my name so the restaurant was aware i was to arrive with my guests. However, the restaurant did not register my name and the manager there confirmed thisby showing me the guest list. I sought clarification...
