"The room was clean, modern,spacious with great pillows however, the mattresses were REALLY firm. I saw a couple of other reviews about this and they were right! I like a firm mattress but this was a bit too much. The staff were friendly. Mirage and Matsubishi restaurants - staff are okay personally, could have been more attentive, had to always flag them down for additional wine, food, receipt,etc. Great location - and the view of the harbour was beautiful. Would stay here again for sure. Pool is really nice - with attentive service and handy QR code ordering option. "

"Fantastic service. Staff were attentive and constantly keeping the room neat (they even arranged and neatly organized my cables). Rooms were stocked with various teas that I really enjoyed having on-hand in the mornings and evenings. Harbor view was incredible at night."

"This hotel is excellent! Really great and vibrant vibes. The breakfast was very good and lots of options both western and asian. The hotel is very well located, near the famous temple street night market. It has an excellent bar and terrace. The rooms not so big, but everything else was perfect. Would recommend 100%. "
