"The beach view is beautiful! The rooms are dated. The outside is made of wood and are dirty. The faucets in the room have lime scale and not properly clean. The room has a smell. The towels were not clean. Received a towel with a red stain on it. The sliding doors did not all lock. Balconies were dirty and old. Can't get to your room without bringing sand with you. The property needs a renovation and more lighting. Electricity went out and the backup generator was very loud in the middle of the...

"If you want incredible scuba diving with the on site dive shop run by Turquoise Divers you can do boat and shore dives on spectacular walls and reefs. Although a bit remote on a quiet part of the island, it is very secure and they offer all sorts of excursions by boat and bus. There is a calm cove for swimming and snorkeling, nice pools and very family friendly. Food is fine and the drinks are cold. Entertainment nightly, although it can be cheezy but fun! They do offer very reasonable airport...

"The pools had tiles coming off and the menu was the same each night. Different food options would have been nice. Some food items were over priced. Waitress Sherrice was absolutely fantastic. Polite, helpful, and guided us in the right direction to find excursions. She is a keeper and needs a raise. She was running around working like crazy. She got things done and hopefully management realizes what a gem they have."

"If I could submit a 10 star rating, I would. Arca is beautiful. The beach is the best in the area. The staff are extremely attentive and generous. The food is excellent."

"What a great spot! I have stayed at several places in Roatan and this is by far one of the best! Super clean! The staff is super attentive and super friendly! Never once did they make me feel like me and my partners were unwanted! Such a lovely spot and super private! 10/10 would recommend!"

"Good portions at breakfast. Wish they offered a half serving! Herby’s sports Bar had good food too. Nice pool. Our room was small and a bit dated. Would’ve been nice to have a small bar fridge in the room. Front desk staff was very welcoming and it was an easy check in. "
