The hotel is very clean, located in a great area, and the entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The food is spectacular, and I absolutely loved the beach. The only thing I would suggest improving is the music selection by offering more variety. Other than that, I loved everything about this hotel and would definitely recommend it!

I had a really good experience at the hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful especially Jesenia at the Club House on the 8th floor, she really went beyond for me. Jesenia is a really wonderful person and very professional. I will definitely recommend this hotel!!! To anybody going to this hotel please go to the 8th floor and meet Jesenia!!!! she is GREAT!!!

Clean, modern, and extremely convenient. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Pool is clean with sun chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Three restaurants on site that provide various options and price points. Location is in the same parking lot of the MegaPlaza Mall that allows for shopping and the possibility of off site food options. Pharmacy nearby also along with other restaurants and activities. Overall a great property that provides a safe, convenient, and relaxing experience. Also, English spoken fluently by front desk staff.

I chose this hotel because it was recommended to me as a top-tier property; however, my experience felt more in line with a 3-star hotel. The parking was limited, and while the rooms were clean, they were not very updated. The hallway carpet had a noticeable old smell not unpleasant, but noticeable. Customer service was good however I feel the price is somewhat high for what the hotel offers. Overall, I would rate this as a 3-star hotel. There are other hotels in the area that may offer same or better experience, although I did not have the opportunity to stay at them.
