"1st day they put us in a room that had roaches so they switched it for us and gave us a diffrent room which was better. The second issue there was roaches at the buffet i tild the waitress and she just stepped on it and walked away. But my overall stay was ok palace is a classy place if u just want to relax if u want to have a good time and be entertained go to riu montego bay or riu reggeah. At the palace is just a bunch of old people doing warer acrobatics no fun at all. The food was amazing...

"The resort was wonderful. The rooms were kept clean and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful and kind. Did not have a bad experience and will def do again. There were also little concierge stands by the villas downstairs for anyone who wanted restaurant reservations. Many restaurants to choose from, our fav was the Jamaican restaurant.
