"Very relaxing and well maintained resort. Most staff were extremely helpful but there were a few who clearly did not want to be there… we tipped appropriately. Only complaint was not to do with the hotel itself but the guests. Our room was on the ground floor and we were woken up every night from 2am till 4am by guests going back to their rooms. The lifeguards did a nice job during the day keeping an eye on guests who had indulged too much but not at night."

"The staff is very friendly and the welcoming was also friendly and warm but check in was a bit of a wait; people who arrived after us were checked in before us. We waited about 30 minutes to be checked in. The room was simple and things seemed clean enough, however; our room wasn’t cleaned until the night before we were checking out. Pool side was great, not much lounge reserving going on, we always found some chairs. Pool itself was huge and nice, as was the kids area/pool. "

"The resort and beach were great. Our only complaint was about the air conditioning in our room. It would only cool to about 75 F but after requesting maintenance it would only get to about 74 F but would still get as hot as 80 F. Other rooms would cool to 65F. The resort and room were very clean, the beach has plenty of lounge chairs so you don’t have to fight anyone or get up too early, the beach also has a bunch of shade trees.
