"Well maintained property that covers so many amenities and activities that you would normally pay extra for at a lesser all inclusive. Friendly staff, beautiful beaches, good air conditioned room. Recommend Heliconia for dinner (IMO better than Otaheite, the only reservation required restaurant)."

"Family of 4 staying for a week, the resort and staff were perfect. This stretch of ocean at Bloody Bay is a dream. The Blue tents were a fun experience where we bought a few local crafts. The walk to the sister resort RIU Negril was easy and a nice plus to be able to use 2 resorts. The food was great all week at the buffet, and the specialty restaurants didn’t disappoint. 10/10."

"My issue begins and ends with the room. Our first room smelled heavily of bleach & with my hubby’s sinus's and allergies that wasn’t going to work. We were given a new room finally ( which was a total ordeal) and it seemed to be ok the first night. The next day is when we noticed everything seemed damp.. the sheets.. towels.. toilet paper..our clothes everything was damp. Then came the smell.. the mildew/mold smell for the duration of our stay. "We just spent our 25th anniversary week at The Palms and had a great time. The resort is stunning and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The treehouses are so adorable and clean. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows weren’t the best, but nothing is like my own pillow! Housekeeping did a great job everyday cleaning and restocking towels and our mini fridge. "The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. You can tell it’s very well kept. Some improvements that could have made my experience better would be:
- support with luggage
- elevators for guest especially when on top floor
- pool hours longer
- layout of property(we stayed in last building and it took 10 min just to get food
- room service or guest be permitted to bring food to room
I will not return though. I’ve stayed at Riu in other countries and this wasn’t a pleasant experience"

"The check in was so slow . Spent an hour just to check in. Had a bad experience at the sport bar was bad. They didnt attend to i and my friends for over an hour . Everything else was good . Nice hotel amenities"

"My last visit couple years ago wasn’t the best; but this year was amazing. I was given a room that accommodated myself and my two children, the staff were amazing and the food is still top notch. A little disappointed about the service fees on room service (also the limited food options), but my overall stay was pretty good."
