"Staff was nice and the room was comfortable. Wasn't there for more than a night but it worked out perfectly."

"Good place !! Clean and Good customer services , Good location ."

"Bathroom had black mold above shower head. Clearly there was a leak that tried to be patched up. No elevator. We were on the first floor. Room smelled like urine. Found hair in sheets. There was a dog next door. I assume that's why our room smelled like urine--from other animals in these rooms. Furniture was stained. It was gross."

"Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful hotel, nice room, comfy bed and excellent breakfast"

"Very helpful and flexible"

"Nice place to stay"

"If you have the option to stay elsewhere, I will strongly recommend doing so. We were in town for the Children’s Miracle Marathon, so our lodging options were limited. Unfortunately, this property is very run-down and poorly maintained. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were operational. With no interior stairwells available to access the upper floors, elevator waits exceeded 10 minutes. The in-room coffee maker was missing parts and unusable, and our room showed significant signs of water damage,...

"Hotel was nice and clean from the outside to the inside of the room. Free breakfast hot shower clean linen. They even had night security riding around in the parking lot. I will book again . Keep up the good work guys"

"The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious!"

"Hotel is pretty old. Main rooms are updated bathrooms are not. Elevator did not work very very old building that this is in. Pool was very clean and warm and heated and they had towels. Cool little airplane inside the building. Coffee and tea available all the time. No breakfast prices were outrageous the weekend we stayed because of so many events in Columbus would’ve not usually picked this area to stay in and paid over $300 a night for a room I should’ve paid about 125 for."

"Staff are extremely nice and because they didn’t have any single rooms left that I had originally booked they upgraded me to a double bed. Unfortunately the room is poor even for the cheaper pricing. My blow dryer has mold on the cord and is cracked and does not work. The ceiling in the shower is cracked and drooping downwards like there was water damage from above. There is random sand which cookie in my rooms heater and what looks to be either mold and mildew all over the heater as well."

"Easy check in! Clean room."

"The beds are heaven and the staff was SO friendly 💛"
