"More of a hostel than a hotel. Paid £2500 because of champions league for a tiny room next to the bar so when you open your window curtain there were people playing pool and having a drink with music right outside. No room service, threadbare towels, no wardrobe, sheets too small for bed, towel rail not working, double lock on door broken, breakfast not included. I have just been ripped off. Expedia were just as bad with their terrible customer service. Do not recommend hotel or Expedia"

"The hotel has a great location, but unfortunately, our room was very old and not well-maintained. When we arrived, our bathroom had a bad smell, and the toilet had always-running water. We told the people at reception, and it was never fixed. My bath towel had a hole, and the next day I got a new towel, but it also had a hole in it. The room cleaning service consisted of just making your bed. Every day when we came back to the hotel, the bathroom was still the same, and they left a beer glass...
