"Overall, the property itself is nice, and it offers what you would generally expect from an all-inclusive resort. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by extremely poor customer service, particularly from the front desk and security staff. When we checked in, the hotel mistakenly gave us the wrong wristbands. The following day, security approached us and aggressively escorted us across the resort—while we were wet, and covered in sand—to the front desk because of their mistake....

Aunque hubo un pequeño inconveniente con nuestra reserva de Expedia, lo resolvieron muy bien ofreciéndonos un apartamento completo en la segunda planta, amplio, cómodo y con cocina equipada y baño privado ! "Every was wonderful! Our host was the best, we even had a music jam session one night. Best hostel ever!"

"The property is very comfortable for short stays, easily accommodates 4 persons. It is essentially a spacious hotel room with a kitchen and a big balcony. The elevator is right in front of the entrance. The condo is close to the huge pool and a beautiful beach. Beds are comfortable and there is a full closet and additional storage space in the room. We had an excellent stay and will look forward to coming back"
