Unfortunately, it appears that the hotel itself is more of an afterthought to the golf amenities. Rooms are very dated and certainly in need of renovation. "Sumptuous beds a mile high with pillow soft toppers and silken sheets. Staff lovely, restaurant nice. Had rear room so no sea view but still nice open field to caravan site and balcony a 6pm sun trap, perfect for a pre dinner read. The extras the hotel offer make it fabulous; a room to store paddle board, lending you wetsuits, beach and picnic stuff etc. Car park busy (July) but nice chaps managing to help everyone. "This hotel as no car parking ,so across the road £11 a night ,also there is no drawer space to put your clothes only a wardrobe"

"Room was clean, only issue with room was it wasn’t a double bed it was 2 singles pushed together. Staff on arrival was very blunt and came across rude. Had a small swimming pool which was meant to be heated but wasn’t very warm so paid to use a swimming pool close by instead. Had to pay for parking which I wasn’t aware of at the time of booking."

"The staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was excellent. Our sea view room was wonderful but very warm in a heatwave! There was a small fan but the window didn't open far due to safety so we did need our own additional fans. Our only recommendation to the management would be to please sort out the shower. After a day on the beach a good shower with decent pressure and temperature control is essential. Also the shower screen was so small it was impossible to avoid water flooding the...
