"We loved everything about the hotel room and staff except for one thing, there is supposed to to a coffee maker in all rooms and we just got a kettle that didn't have a plug socket near by so you had to either plug it in on the floor or on the small bedside table. Its a small issue but having a coffee maker in the room can sway our choice of hotel. "

"Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. When booked the price was brilliant. The hotel is very smart, the room is pretty big with kettle, microwave, and all amenities. Not too bad from the centre. Only thing slightly confusing was certain room numbers weren't on the floor you would think. "

"Stayed for 1 night with my wife, arrived and received a glass of fizz which was nice, room had to be changed from an accessibility room ( automatically assigned to us) so ended up having to pay for upgrade of £10, give room 503 which was very nice but floor was very noisy walking across it, not ideal for room below, raised this with front desk when leaving to be told the building is over 100 years old, which is fine but none of the hallways had squeaky floors, apart from that ideal location for...

"This is a lovely hotel in an amazing cbtesk location in the city. We were going to an event at the City Hall which is just 5 min walk away. It’s got plenty of restaurant choices in easy walking distance and is situated in a lovely part of the city on the edge of the lovely Peace Garden. The staff were friendly and the hotel lobby and bar are really nice as was our bedroom. The hotel doesn’t have its own parking but has a deal with a large car park 5min walk away at a discounted rate. "

"Lovely hotel just a walk away from the city centre. Staff were friendly and checkin was a breeze.There is an NCP across the road if parking is full which has an area for vans which was ideal. Will be back when in the area."
