"It's a little dated. There was a very long line at check in with only one staff member working. We did not find a non-smoking area of the casino and while the room was designated as non-smoking it clearly smelled of smoke. For a non-expensive overnight it was OK."

"Unfortunately, my room had a strong cigarette smoke smell. After on night all my belongings smelled like smoke. It was very uncomfortable. Everything else was cleaned and maintained."

"After traveling all day we got to the Hillcrest only to find out they did not have all of our rooms. They tried to get us to share the room they had. No phone call to let us know ahead of time. No help in finding us another room. Their thought was that I reserved 4 rooms and they only had 3, that I should still take the 3 rooms because I reserved them. We ended up at going back north to a hotel we passed 30 miles before. Very unhappy that Expedia would even list this property."

"Rented this beautiful cabin for Miami graduation and it did not disappoint! We loved the deck, the yard, lots of parking, comfy beds and the bathrooms were amazing! Clean and modern. The host goes above and beyond to make your stay a home away from home! Thank you so much!"

"The staff was completely horrible. When showing them the obviously still dirty sheets, the response was that's not my job. Was met with nothing but disrespectful attitude and unhelpful service."

"Always clean and staff very accommodating!"

"Mold on the bathroom ceiling in multiple rooms with HEAVY mold/mildew smell. Towels and sheets were worn and yellowed. Top blankets stained and dirty. Someone is going to get seriously ill staying there"

"Very nice place to stay"
