"Great location. Easy access to London on the Jubilee line. 5 minutes walk to station. Room was very clean. No air conditioning but this wasn’t a problem for us however the room was quite noisy first thing in the morning with the window open because of the planes and building work going on outside. Kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. Would definitely stay here again."

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"Great place to stay—location is fantastic, there’s a little stove/fridge/laundry which makes things so much more convenient, and it was a smooth check in. The only thing is that it was extremely hot in the rooms—I was there during a heat wave so it was understandable, but it was 33 degrees in the room which made it tough to sleep. They have fans, but the window only opens a tiny bit, so couldn’t get the cooler air in overnight. Being able to open the window more would help this a lot! Otherwise,...
