"The over management of the elevators ie not allowing a guest to go to a floor other than their own was bizarre and over the top. Incredible breakfast buffet. Coffee so so. The rooms with the balcony view were nice. Wall thin as we could hear our Neighbors. Hallways a bit claustrophobic w very low ceiling. For serious lap swimmers, the largest pool over seen at a hotel ( 30 m). Access to the sea. Front desk staff pleasant. We were there in late April to before the summer crowds."

"The room was not ready when I arrived. They put me in another room and did not update in their system, so this caused later issues. I was in the spa from 9:30 to 1pm and my room was not cleaned. We arrived at the property early and the front desk was very accommodating with storing our bags and allowing us to use the pool prior to check in. We laid at the pool and got lunch for a few hours until our room was ready, which was still 2 hours before check-in.
