"Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a t year with us and the staff went out of their way to help. The smoking area by the front door had Marijuana and cigarette smokers there. Suggest move them away from the front door. "

The hotel is right on the Main Street of Ladysmith, which is a beautiful town with great shops, cafes, hiking and vineyards all around. We spent four nights here and had a great time.
