"The Latch Inn is a lovely, charming place with uniquely decorated rooms and a comfortable sitting room. Breakfast is fresh and delicious, staff is attentive and very nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It is an older property so don’t expect brand new. There’s a great restaurant next door at the harbor for dinner. "

"The host was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the iron room and it was great for what we needed. The host made us a customized breakfast. It was clean and was within walking distance to the Doc Lewis park where the festival was located. There is a beach and a walking trail located directly in front of the home. I would stay here again. "Perfect place to stay in Duncan while visiting winery in the area. The room was clean and spacious. Unfortunalty our room was right next to the reception on the main floor, so it was a bit noisy (could hear foot steps on the 2nd floor and people talking around).

"Lovely resort with beautiful views. The bathrooms in the hotel rooms are small, stand up shower only. The room itself was nice, balcony facing the water with chairs and a table. Perfect spot to have morning coffee or enjoy dinner. The resort does have a restaurant - we arrived about 230pm on a Tuesday to see that they had closed early due to running out of food. Not sure if this is something that happens often? Was disappointing but we had brought snacks and food with us so made do with that and...
"The Waddling Dog is a very charming inn. The location is perfect- close to the airport and centrally located between Sidney and Victoria. The inn is clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast provides a variety of hot & cold offerings. Food is very fresh. We would definitely stay at this location again."

Only thing to make it extraordinary would be like a wine tasting and sweets or something in the evening to enjoy outside, on balcony etc??!!
