"Central location is the real plus point for this place however if you’re a light sleeper then you may wish to consider elsewhere. Noise from adjacent rooms was excessive as was the street noise. Real let down was the damp smell from the bathroom. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was central but that's where the good ended. The sheets and room could have been much cleaner. And there weren't photos of the washroom to know beforehand that the shower was literally in the room and the toilet was essentially a stall. Overall you get what you pay for "

"Very good location. Hotel was nice, only no hair dryer or fridge. Friendly, helpful staff. Walking distance to Belfast Train-station. Restaurant next door was excellent. Shed Grill and Seafood. Hotel did not have restaurant which was ok as I wanted to try local eateries"

"We arrived at 9am, the receptionist searched our booking and confirmed it was a family room for 3 (2 adults and 1 child), we left our bags and agreed to return at 3pm when we could have entry to our room. We returned at 3pm to collect our keys and we were greeted by Tara who was lovely and collected our bags, and headed for the room.
When we got there we only had 1 double bed. We tried to call the front desk but didn’t get an answer. So we all went back to reception with our luggage. We were...
