The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable but the room was very basic, with the shower and sink in the bedroom and only the toilet properly separated. There wasn't a kettle which I haven't ever experienced in a hotel or guesthouse before!

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is so convenient, only a kilometer to Grand Central Station and to the city centre. Breakfast buffet doesn’t have a lot of options but is plentiful and of good quality. Staff are friendly and were helpful when I had a question.

The ibis budget is the definition of a budget hotel. You get a bed, a shower and a toilet, with just enough room to walk around the bed. Not much space for luggage or to hang clothes, no extras like a kettle and coffee/tea. That said it's a good location within 10-15 minute walk to both Belfast Grand Central and Donegall Square. It's comfortable enough if you just need a place to sleep at a relatively cheap price.

The room & its facilities were compact, which we expected, but for 2 people were fine for a short stay. Staff always available & all areas of the hotel were kept clean. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was how small the toilet area was, but other than that it was safe and very clean! Perfect place to stay if you are going to be out and about most of the day!
